Ching, my wife Tunghai music 9, will arrange and coordinate President Chen arrival on August 4 and welcome dinner in the evening.  ....  I already informed Ms. Xiao at Tunghai University Taiwan about our plan in New Jersey and ask her to reach out to contact(s) in New York City for President Chen's lunch arrangement on 8/5/07.
 
3. Ching is planning to have an alumni announcement party of President Chen's arrival.  The party will be held at our house at .....

on 7/21/ 07 (Saturday)  (2 weeks ahead of Preseident Chen's arrival)
 
Please spray the word and ask alumni to bring their spouse, kids, year book and things or photos related to Tunghai to our house.  We will have a good time, fun and a plan to welcome President Chen.

Time flies quickly as another academic year draws to an end with the final examinations starting tomorrow.
 
I write to inform you, perhaps you already know it, that I will be in Boston receiving an education training at Harvard Business School from July 29th through Aug. 8th. As such I plan to fly to NY city on 4-5 August to meet with Tunghai alumni then. Knowing there are a large number of Tunghai alumni residing in the greater NY area, I would be happy to join the alumni gatherings in two different places back-to-back for the sake of meeting with more alumni, say one gathering for dinner on Aug. 4th and the second the next day for lunch.  I do not know if this proposal is feasible or not, but thought it does not hurt to ask you about.
 
Kindly let me know whether the above proposal is doable or not, so I could start making arrangement at my end.
